Summary

This is a guide for the Stratafy App on how to add additional properties (that Love&Co Strata Management also manages). 

This is also helpful if you own a single property with multiple Owners Corporations.

Step-By-Step Guide

Step 1: While in your Stratafy App, click on the Profile Tab

Step 2: While in your Profile, add the Property ID (usually your Strata Plan number or if unknown ask your Strata Manager). Then press the “+ ADD” button. 

Step 3: After you add your desired building, select your profile type by clicking on “Select Profile Type”. After selecting from the dropdown, press the “ADD NEW BUILDING” button. 

Step 4: Now enter your details, scroll down the page to view all required fields and press submit. 

Step 5: The last step is our Love&Co Strata team to verify your details. You will receive an email and mobile app push notification when your verification process is complete.
